 Great Rhythms In Mind: Grimey, bass laden synth-hop... Blending slick Mancunian hip hop with frenetic grooves, pulsating bass tectonics and mesmerisingly wild sythesizers to create their genre spanning, signature sound, G.R.I.M are a high energy, live EDM monster!

 

Coming together from diverse backgrounds with a mutual desire to fuse their respective 'genres' and influences, G.R.I.M aimed to try and create something new, current and distinctive...

Despite their individual musical differences they all have a common love of anything that tends to cause ‘Screw-face’ syndrome and makes you think “Oooooosh, Gyod Daaayyyym that’s a banger.” (sic)

Inspiring melodies along with intricate drum beats and powerful, seducing bass work to produce cheeky indigenous grooves, whilst intricate and thoughtful lyrics, provide hard-hitting reality-focused commentary, fraught with purpose all the way to straight up, feel-good, fun-filled shannanigan-esque type musings...

But always with something to read inbetween the lines!

Known as an awesome powerhouse of an act, with an electrifying stage show, G.R.I.M have quickly risen to prominence in their hometown and have headlined at some of Manchester's best known venues including DryLive, Roadhouse, Sound Control, Antwerp Mansion and Retrobar and The Ritz.
 

Serving up an electronic flavour as the sounds are filtered through multi effects pedals and processors and utilising samples and triggers, G.R.I.M caters to the fun loving masses as well as the earnest musician craving technicality and craftsmanship...
